ASTD has partnered
with the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management to present a unique course
designed to give training, learning, and other HR professionals
deeper knowledge of business core competencies.
The Business
Academy Certificate Program will feature two separate sessions. The first
session will focus on ways for professionals to enhance their workplace value
and credibility by focusing on three key business drivers: strategic planning,
financial management, and marketing.
The second
session will assist professionals with developing skills critical to successful
program implementation, including relationship management and influencing
